Polyethylene: Polyethylene maximum use temperature is 70 ℃, it can be resistant to a concentration of hydrofluoric acid less than 40%, and resistant to less than 30% nitric acid. Polyethylene referred to PE, the polymerization can be divided into high, medium and low pressure polyethylene. TISCO stainless steel pickling applications is the low-pressure polyethylene, also known as high-density polyethylene, having a good temperature, hardness, mechanical strength and resistance to hydrofluoric acid properties.

Polypropylene is resistant to concentrations of less than 40% hydrofluoric acid and less than 25% nitric acid, the highest temperature is 107 ℃. Polyethylene TISCO has many application, polytetrafluoroethylene, polychlorotrifluoroethylene tied for the four plastic resistant to hydrofluoric acid. PTFE temperature of not more than 250 ℃, can be resistant to a concentration of 70% hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid concentration of 40%. Also known as Teflon fluorine plastic 4, referred to as PTFE or F4, mainly the suspension polytetrafluoroethylene. TISCO using this method is the production of products and services. F4 carbon atoms as a skeleton, surrounded by a large covered fluorine atoms, because of a strong CF bond energy, coupled with perfectly symmetrical molecules, intermolecular attraction is small, it has excellent heat resistance and hydrofluoric acid properties.

PCTFE: PCTFE also known as 3-fluoro-plastic, called F3, which is obtained by polymerizing chlorotrifluoroethylene, which can be resistant to hydrofluoric acid concentration of less than 20% , a concentration of less than 25% nitric acid. Of these four plastics, we use tensile strength of the standard value to judge the merits of the acid resistance after pickling, pickling after their anti-tensile strength reduction rate below 5%.
