There are many detection of hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen fluoride content in fluosilicate online, but all were complicated, not suitable for control analysis. Here we provide a detection of hydrogen fluoride content in the process of actual production,  through multiple parallel sample analysis, data consistent with national standard. Determination: accurately according to 0.5 grams sample by decrement method (accurate to 0.0001) in advance with about 50 ml 250 ml beaker of KCL solution, add 2-3 drops into the beaker phenolphthalein indicating liquid (10 g/L), standard titration solution with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) [c = 0.5 mol/L] titration solution to a rose, not disappear within 15 s to the end. Fluosilicic acid content in the following for hydrofluoric acid determination: to determine the total acidity of beaker on electronic multi-purpose furnace heated to boiling off, c 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide (NaOH) standard solution titration solution to reddish is the end point.
