Emulsified glass has been widely used in construction, bottle, utensils, art and decoration. Commonly used opales are fluorides such as fluorite, sodium fluorosilicate, cryolite, aluminum fluoride, potassium fluoride and the etc.. However, in the raw material processing, glass melting and molding process, the evaporation of fluoride will cause human acute and chronic poisoning, while the surrounding environment serious pollution; In addition, the fluoride in the glass melting process will react with the refractory material. 
To a large extent reduce the life of the glass furnace, the development of fluorine-free opaque glass has become the key to solve the problem. In this paper, the effect of glass composition and heat treatment system on the glass samples was systematically studied by using phosphorus-containing silicate system glass as the research object. The microstructures and opacities of glass samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and their own energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) And the physical and chemical properties such as whiteness, density, three-point bending strength, thermal expansion coefficient, chemical stability and hardness of the sample were tested to judge whether it had reached the practical requirements. 
The experimental results show that: by adjusting the composition of SiO2 and P2O5 two kinds of network forming body, and introducing alkali metal or alkaline earth metal oxide, we can obtain milky white glass with remarkable foaming effect. The glass samples with 3% B2O3 in the glass system showed that the glass samples were damaged by the unstable decomposition of the metastable phase, and the whiteness of the glass samples was more than 80%. The glass The glass density, the three-point bending strength decreases, the chemical stability decreases, and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases; the reason for the change in the performance of the glass is that B is in the glass (BO3) triangular and [BO_4] tetrahedral two kinds of coordination mode coexist. The effect of network modifier on the microstructure and properties of glass was studied. The results showed that NaOaPO4 crystals were precipitated in the glass when CaO and Na_2O were only contained in the glass network. 
The introduction of MgO and Li2O did not change the type of precipitated crystals. Will promote the glass phase separation and crystallization, change the microscopic morphology of the glass, which is the main cause of glass devitrification; 600 ℃ or 700 ℃ heat treatment for 20h will make the crystal grow up to 10-30μm, glass opacity increased significantly After heat treatment (600 ℃, 20h), the bending strength, hardness and toughness of the glass were increased to a certain extent. The effect of P2O5 content on the viscosity of the glass shows that the viscosity of the glass increases with the formation of large anionic groups (PO4 ~ (3-)) in the network after the substitution of 2% P2O5 for SiO2. (VFT), Adam Gibbs (AG), Avramov (AV) formula, the variance of the viscometer data is less than 3.03 × 10 ~ (-6), and the order of fitting quality is (Tg) decreases and the brittleness index (CAV) decreases when the glass transition temperature (Tg) decreases.
