A new X-ray diffraction quantitative phase analysis method was studied by using this method to solve the problem of the determination of the anode residue in the aluminum electrolyte.
The method of analyzing the data with high accuracy and fast speed can realize the aluminum electrolyte. The on-line monitoring of the anode residue concentration reduces the cost of aluminum electrolytic production. This analytical anode residue method can be combined with all-aluminum electrolyte analysis technology to form a software package that, while testing the anode residue in aluminum electrolytes.
